Model Editor joint visuals don't consider use_parent_model_frame #2104

The polaris_ranger_ev model has some joints with use_parent_model_frame=true. It's joint visuals are displayed properly in the sim window:

but they are not displayed properly in the model editor:

I found this on gazebo7, haven't tested on default.
