Spotlight line colors change #276

The spotlight visual should be all green like the other lights, but some of the lines appear to turn white sporadically. See an example video

I can reproduce it, try zooming in and out. I'm working on uploading a video to illustrate.

Thank you for the video. I still cannot reproduce it on default though, no matter how I zoom and orbit around...

I can still reproduce it on default on my trusty machine.

It also happens on my mac, though the lines stay a consistent color:

I think this is fixed in Gazebo 8. @scpeters , can you confirm?

I was just able to reproduce it with Gazebo 8. It takes some orbiting around to find the right angle.
