Move/rename repository to gazebosim/gazebo-classic #3222

Now that the other simulation packages are hosted at GitHub.com/gazebosim, I think we could consider moving this repository to GitHub.com/gazebosim as well and rename it to gazebo-classic. Github should handle link forwarding.

Any thoughts / objections?
