Gazebo 11 on Ubuntu 22.04 for arm64 #3282

Environment

OS Version: Ubuntu 22.04 Architecture: arm64 ROS2 Humble

Description

Expected behavior: Binary install of ros-humble-gazebo-ros-pkgs

Curently there does not exist a arm64 deb package for ros-humble-gazebo-ros-pkgs : http://packages.ros.org/ros2/ubuntu/pool/main/r/ros-humble-gazebo-ros-pkgs/. For amd architecture there is no problem.

I have also tried to install the package by source, but then it complains that there does not exit a gazebo and libgazebo_dev packages for arm64.
