Without this feature, bullet needs to run at reduced time step size (~0.2ms) to be stable when simulating Atlas walking.

some work started on a branch bullet_joint_damping, need to work on finding and setting up the right joint axis transforms for the btGeneric6DofSpring2Constraint.
