I believe this is my first time launching gzserver on this machine and gazebosim.org is down right now.
It would be nice if gzserver could ping gazebosim.org before attempting to download models from the database and if pings fail, skip the download and launch immediately.
Although there's not really much that can be done without the sun and ground_plane, so perhaps it would also be nice if there was a local copy that could it could fall back to for the first run.
