Not all joint types are supported in Simbody #859

I've pushed some of the universal joint improvements from declined pull request #907 to a separate branch in 0752075ac53d3044abfd84f0fbbb468f818a0878

universal joint and screw joints are in simbody branch. To be pull requests.

pull request #1007 simbody screw joint implemented.

just the universal joint left?

I think the universal joint is mostly working. The revolute2 and gearbox joint tests are commented out in INTEGRATION_joint_spawn though in the issue_857 branch.
