EntityContextMenu sub-menus don't close when mouse exits menu option

Description

• Expected behavior: when you enter the EntityContextMenu and hover over options that have submenues, when you exit the options that have submenus areas, expect the submenu to close
• Actual behavior: The submenus don't close and remain open. If you hover over View > then need to see the Follow Options > submenu, you will have to click away then re-open the context menu.

Steps to reproduce

over an object, right click to open the context menu then hover over the options that end in >.
