Source or binary build? gz-transport14 (8e27a443373689cfb026fdf7057d134fc54d4c61) As pointed out in https://github.com/gazebosim/gazebo_test_cases/issues/1554#issuecomment-2351814179, gz log is currently disabled on Windows. See
