@Tuxliri @ahcorde what is left to do to get it running?

willing to continue the work on this to get ROS noetic + gz garden + ardupilot (which only supports >=garden) running.

@julled I stopped working on this, it seems that the combo noetic + gz garden is not supported in the codebase (see here).
