Improve usability of provided launch files

Desired behavior

Improve usability and ergonomics of provided launch files for launching Gazebo, spawning models and creating ROS<->Gazebo bridges.

Implementation suggestion

• Use Launch actions to provide keywords that can be used in XML launch files.
• Provide Gazebo parameters in a ROS idiomatic way instead of passing command line arguments.
