Not sure if the backend dataset is in its final form, but I have a few questions about some results:

This query http://137.189.97.90:5901/api/?column=tab0_both&return=options&row=tab0_total&table=0 gives only 341 results Seems like the total row should be present in all of the results, or should not be present at all? We had agreed to exclude totals, right?

Good catch! It turns out not all areas have 6+1 rows in table0, e.g. download/P03.xlsx. There are problems with tab0_total and tab0_proportion. Should be fixed now.
