Cleanup database #4

The database currently includes some Simplified and Traditional records from before we decided that translations should happen on the front end. These should be removed.

This cleanup should probably happen after #2 and #3 so that we can have a clean set of data available.

This is obsolete due to recent refactoring of extract and PR #26 .
