I usually use MIT because it's simple. We'll also have to double check and collect the licenses from the libraries we use. Otherwise, no strong preference.

How about the data? in form of API and in form of downloadable CSV?

not sure the status of data.one. For the data from 2001 census:

• Census data has an explicit license. Despite the length of descriptions, the clauses are very similar to fair use clauses, e.g. the data comprises a non-significant portion of your App.
• Map data does not have any license.

Maybe simpler solution is to list the sources of raw data in the license section:

• Census 2011
• Public facility
• Coastal line from Census 2001
