Grunt build hasn't been set up and may not currently work properly. Build process will need to do the following things

[ ] Concatenate and minify library scripts
[ ] Concatenate, minify, and cachebust app scripts
[ ] Minify resources that are not directly linked in HTML (e.g. JSON mappings from #5)
[ ] Deploy to hosting (Github Pages?)

PR #6 contains two workable scripts, build.sh and deploy.sh.

I'm not familiar with the grunt stuffs... Some operations may not be standard...

6 does a basic deploy and is merged, but it breaks leaflet and is non-standard (sorry, @hupili, shell scripts always feel kinda hacky :-)).

This issue is still pertinant -- we'll need to move the deploy process into grunt.
