'make' fails on HP-UX B.11.00 #69

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. gzip -dc gtest-1.1.0.tar.gz | tar xf -
2. ./configure
3. make

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Many portability issues have been fixed in the trunk.  The fixes will be 
included in
1.2.0, which will be released soon.  Please re-open the issue if you still run 
into
the problem with gtest-1.2.0.  Thanks!
