Not working on deluge 2.03 #7

Thank you for deluge-seedtime. It seems not to load on deluge 2.03 In plugins, the egg may be selected, but it does not get installed.

I tried the how-to/update-1.3-plugin, but as a blind hacker, there was not much chance that ~ 50 changes would work. :-)

It looks like @vanossj has greatly improved the plugin and even made it compatible to deluge 2.x.

Maybe the official link to the plugin should be redirected to vanossj/deluge-seedtime.
