How do you assign Admin role to User #33

Hi,

First off, this is a great LMS.

I installed it and followed all instructions and it works fine. But I cannot find how to assign Admin rights to User. The instructions on the Readme are not detailed. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
