HTML for general description entities #12

See examples from the Archives nacionales de France; they use HTML formatting extensively to mark these up, and we could consider this too for rich text, even though this does not add semantic information

That’s not really about HTML, as it turned out, but actually about a potential extension of some datatype properties, e.g., rico:generalDescription or rico:history, to account for distinct description-type fields in the original data. We’ll discuss that more, and this also seems like something that should be implemented directly at mapping, so I’m self-assigning this.
