Add version 1.1 of Minicraft #17

This new version fixes a rendering bug that only happens on real hardware. The new .zip is the full release file, including source code and binary.

The file minicraft.gba replaced the older one (v1.0).

I kept minicraft-gba_1.0.zip instead of deleting it, because it seems that it's preferred to keep the older versions in the repository.

I haven't changed at all game.json.

@Vulcalien thanks a lot for the update! PR looks good to me! CI was failing because of an unrelated issue upstream.
