I'm the creator of those Gameboy Advance sound docs and you can fully use them as you see fit in your project. This include all assets: html, images, sound, exe, zip etc.

So I went ahead and imported all the text and examples from their documentation 👍

This is mostly a wholesale import, I fixed some spelling mistakes here and there and reformated some tables to account for Markdown's limitations.

Here's the resulting PDF.
