can you try to rename run.sh to run.bat and run that instead?

I tried diylc-3.2.0-beta i've found by chance, it ran!
Only v3.28.0 is not running.

ouch, that's 26 versions apart :) Some of the newer features must be
incompatible with win8

I'got the successive versions of DIYLC on the below link, and tried it one by
one.
http://www.antepedia.com/Detail/p/diy-layout-creator.html

As a result, i found that diylc-3.18.0 and earlier versions runs on my PC.
But diylc-3.19.0 and later versions don't run.

What's modified on v3.19.0?
And can you resolve this issue?

I checked with some other users and can confirm that it works under win 8.1, so
it must be something else.

From your comment, I conjecture this problem cause on only my Toshiba PC.
Then I'll try to find how to settle it.
When I find it, I'll post it here.
Thank you for your correspondence, Bancika!
