[METHOD 2] Reduce the amount of time the Merged matrix is computed #11

OPTION 1: pass on the merged matrix already OPTION 2: store merged matrix to file. If the merged matrix is available load it from file instead of computing it (it must have the same two input matrices and the same processing parameters -bintolerance and binfilter)
