A per-objective historial of wins/loses would allow for objective balancing, specially for crew objectives.
Job historials (deaths, x-completed, etc) would, too, allow for balancing.
And, in general, some kind of filter (win/loss ratio for +2 hour vampire rounds) would do nicelly, specially with the very needed round lengthening.
