No question found 2 error #7

Two students reported that they are getting "No question found 2" error. This is the first report of this error. The most common one we are getting is the "invalid image" error. Downloading the data again from the mReader server seems to solve the problem, but it does seem to change the data for the number of time the quiz has been taken. We now have two records for numerous quizzes.

I posted this yesterday, but now 3 more students have come in with the same problem. Could it be something with the mReader server?

This seems to be spreading. We are getting one student after another.

Interesting. Thus far, I have not heard reports of this on other sites.

Did the students report "No question found 2" on the same quiz. or different quizzes? Which quiz, or quizzes, had this problem?

Which quiz, or quizzes, had the "invalid image" problem? Did quizzes that had this problem always have this error, or was it intermittent?

I would really like to get a look at your database. Thanks for looking into the possibility of making a copy available to me. The sooner I can get look at it, the sooner I may be able to offer advice.

I was in touch with Thom Rawson and he has seen it. It has happened on several different books: The Agricultural Revolution, The History of Printing, Space Pilots, The Great Plane Race, Stories of Fairytale Castles, and Stories of Wizards.

I helped one student who took The Agricultural Revolution quiz. I deleted his attempt. Downloaded the data again for the quiz. He found the quiz and started it, but got a window that said there was quiz in progress, "Taiko Masters" which he had never tried. I clicked on Taiko Masters and it took me to the quiz for The Agricultural Revolution, but after the completing the first question and clicking next we got the “No question found 2” error.

The “invalid image” error has been so often that I have lost track of the books. I have been able to fix it by downloading the data again and 9 times out of 10 it fixes the problem. There have been a few quizzes, The Silver Coins, that it didn’t fix, so we took the book off the shelf.
