Can't delete selected element on Class diagram #68

I've used V2.04 for years. Upgraded to 2.8.2. Can't select class or connection and delete with delete key. Cut button isn't enabled either. I might be missing something obvious.

Hello, thank you for reporting this. Sadly, I cannot reproduce it, I can delete shapes and connections with the 'delete' key without a problem. Cut is indeed disabled, when you select a connection, but this is the same behavior in 2.04. I think Cut makes no sense in this context, because where exactly can you paste a connection? Yes, maybe in this case the menu element should not be shown at all.

Could you maybe attach a diagram, where you have the problem? With a short description what, where and in which sequence do you click the elements, so that the problem occurs? Are you using Windows or Linux?

thanks very much for responding. I'm on Windows10 I downgraded back to 2.0.4 yesterday after hitting the issue. So today, I reinstalled 2.8.2 and can not recreate the problem. I thought perhaps it was because it happened on a 2.0.4 file. But everything now works there as well.
