Remove RedPlusPlus #211

See TheFakeMateo/rpp-backup#13 Besides, it's not a disassembly, but a ROM hack, so it was mis-classified anyway.

I know about the mirror, but given upstream's intention to make it private, shouldn't we drop the link for the time being?

I don't know honestly and it should set a precedent. If it was released under an OSS license why the distribution should stop? (Same thing for InfinityGBC)

The archived repo does not appear to contain a license.

In this case, I guess we should honor the decision upstream.

Anyway, I've opened https://github.com/gbdev/awesome-gbdev/issues/212 about this
