RFC: Add Distribution field for third-party API users #238

The game entry metadata schema currently includes a field for content/code license. To complement this, I'm proposing a "distribution" or "third party" field to let developers specifically allow the distribution of their homebrews to specific third party API users (such as SameBoy on iOS).
