Fixing issue #90 . Where the main.asm file can be misleading, and isn't actually used. Also

Removing the main.asm
Removing references to main.asm, replacing with references to actual code. (Extra anchors added when needed)
Removing unused game-states.md
fixing naked xor statement in enemies.asm causing syntax error, unexpected newline error
