closes #34 changes LCDCF_BG8000/LCDCF_BG8800 and LCDCB_BG8000 constants to less confusing LCDCF_BLK01/LCDCF_BLK21 and LCDCB_BLK, increments revision by 0.1, and moves the old constants to the deprecated constants
