We need an updated version of https://gbdev.io/pandocs/imgs/game-boy-lcd-refresh-diagram.png with the following requirements:

SVG
More condense content / less large layout
Move the timing examples in another figure

The "timing of other operations" part was removed and we have to decide if we should put that in another diagram or just give that information through text
