Unexplained tooltips on hyperlinks within documentation #21

Each of the pages shows a tooltip for links on mouseover. This is likely useful, but completely unexplained. Some sort of link tooltip legend would be nice.

They only indicate which mandoc macro generated a given element, they're not actually useful. I'm not sure how to get rid of them, actually; this may concern upstream, since I believe other users may want to disable those, so I'll ping @bentley.
