Replace "Contribute" with a RGBDS-live link #52

We're now maintainaining RGBDS-Live, updated RGBDS to 0.6.0 and facilitated setting it up locally so contributing to you should be easier from now on.

It replaces the "Contribute" link (which was a duplicate anyway as we already have a persistent GitHub icon in the top-right and various Contributing/Sending feedback links around)

@ISSOtm Thanks, I also edited the "Read Docs" into "Read manual" as suggested.

However, I would like to have a separate discussion about giving more exposure to the "development" part of RGBDS itself and how we could give it more exposure. E.g. a "roadmap" page may help shine some light about the plans and possibly get some interest..
