Re: #1, I added some rough unit tests with BATS, taking a few notes from pyenv. Some are skipped as I haven't implemented these into rgbenv itself.

What do you think?

Aight, that sounds cool. Do I make a separate pull request for the CI stuff? If so, I'll want to merge this first.
