4.1.12 - Favorites list by tagging items (renamed, Community portal) #115

New description: tag items predefined tags for unregistered users remember tags/ customize tags by registered users

extension: link to Mendeley services via API

Updated description: Add items (metadata) on all available content in BHL-Europe to ' Bibliographic basket' (by click, or Drag&Drop). Modification of list of metadata records (sort function, change bibliographic format, etc.) Export in various formats: Marc21, DC, Endnote, Reference manager, etc.

The bibliographic basket shall be integrated in the portal to enable direct selection of bibliographic inforamtion/ metadata to be downloaded. The selected items will be listed in a 'shopping basket' like environment and an export as well as manipulation of the formats shall be possible. An export can be initiated any time (directly or by email or connection to FTP site..). The user can define the output formats for the metadata as well as different styles. Display size of export file.

Precondition: Set up bibliographic download environment. Enable Drag&Drop animation, if required. Algorithm for estimation of file size.

@janahoffmann @wkollernhm Will all the bibliographic information come from OLEF?

This requirement involves two parts, one for the look-and-feel of basket in Portal, and the other for functionality of data conversion provided by Access. If everything is fully discussed, this issue can be assigned to me, and ALSO to a Portal designer or developer.

@lobajuluwa follow up on 'Tagging' in Drupal, explore options set up predefined tags for unregistered users (e.g. download metadata, download item) move to January release

This applies to all other bibliographic basket issues (not content download basket though)

This also applies to the download basket. Explore similar option.

@JiriFrank RSS already there; module for email subscription for news to email - there's a subscription on the project web site; (news to march from project website after which all moves to social media). No need to deliver email from portal - only email for content downloads.

I've since removed the last paragraph of the above comment i.e (Outcomes of development blitz session will determine if feature is to be included for Jan 2012 Release - Jiri to confirm).- you're right the comments were related to another issue. Thanks. @JiriFrank
