Ingest Content for Content Provider - UHVIIKKI #335

Task description: Align (UHVIIKKI) upload data/structure with ingest tool needs

subtask:Ingest (UHVIIKKI) data

/mnt/nfs-demeter/upload/providers/fi-uhviikki

11 folders with monograph series in

mnt/nfs-demeter/upload/providers/fi-uhviikki/FI-Hb/

Actions to take:

  1. fix image file names in FI_Hb_301522_Flora_Fennica and FI-Hb_301519_Memoranda_Societatis
  2. check marc metadata in detail

    Summary:

    • folder names & structure - OK
    • file names: OK except FI_Hb_301522_Flora_Fennica and FI-Hb_301519_Memoranda_Societatis the image file names of these monographs need to be harmonized
    • InternalIdentifier - OK
    • FileSequenceNumber - OK
    • PageType - OK (some few pages are missing this, though)
    • PrintedPageNumber - OK (some few pages are missing this, though)
    • medatada available - OK for serial level and for according sub items,
    • metadata in accepted format: MARC21 and MARC-XML OK
    • Bibliographic level - monograph series

@chris-sleep i guess we can try ingesting these uploads even though the image file names of two monographs need some improvement

This item is a pdf with tiff images containing page numbering, some of which have overlapping numbers ( 301493_04_01_0018_page_2.tif and 301493_04_02_0244_page_2.tif for example)
