New IPT version #118

We should upgrade all to https://github.com/gbif/ipt/releases/tag/ipt-2.6.2

@MichalTorma did the kubernetes cluster ipts, i'll do the main one now...

https://ipt.gbif.no/ - now is 2.6.2, and e.g. https://ukraine.ipt.gbif.no/ is also 2.6.2.
