UiO Fungarium collection, habitat, identification history, interaction

The UiO Fungarium is asking for support to add some fields from the MUSIT collection database to the dataset on GBIF.

• økologi (seems to be mapped to habitat - ok!?)
• identification history (we do want the same for all datasets from MUSIT!)
• host interaction - can be mapped to associatedTaxa
  • a much better solution is to be mapped properly to the ResourceRelationship extension!
