DNV dataset update 2020 #53

Some updates made to the script in https://github.com/gbif-norway/data-processing-dnv-gl so it can do data for single years and can add WoRMS AphiaID (converted to an LSID in the dataset, see #37).

Publishing the 2020 data increased occurrence count from 2 036 474 to 2 069 857 (33 383 new occurrences), and event count from 43 407 to 44 151 (744 new events).

Waiting for confirmation from Thomas that it looks ok.

Thomas has found some new WoRMS LSIDs: I discovered that we have some new species records that do not have valid names. See attached list those species names that are not accepted according to WORMS. The correct names are listed in column H. We have the species list form Borja (the founder of AMBI) in the MOD database in order to calculate AMBI values and other univariate indexes directly. The list from Borja is long and many of them are not registered in MOD (meaning found in samples from the shelf). Borja species are tagged but somehow some of them were registered under unaccepted names.

I forgot to update this issue, I added the new WoRMS LSIDs that Thomas found, and he says as far as he can see it looks fine. So I am closing this issue now.
