Add ORCIDs for agents to the resolver via the annotater where possible from Wikidata entry #68

Adding this as an issue so we don't forget about it. See Dag's wikidata page as an e.g. https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q47502209 - it is annotated with his QID using the https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property:P496 property.

And maybe vise versa, add Wikidata QID (URI) for entities with an ORCID ID or ROR ID. Wikidata has a lot of useful metadata (even if the QIDs should only be seen as proxy identifiers...

(PS: Apropos the Wikidata link above -- maybe rather use the concept URI form...? It is sort of difficult to discuss the properties of the entity itself when using the locator to a web-page as the identifier ;-) I mean it is Dag Endresen the person who is identified by the ORCID ID, and Dag the person who is the subject of the annotation, and not the Wikidata web-page about Dag...

If we pass recordedByIDs through e.g. an annotator (with machine data cleaning), we could clean up more of these syntactical errors in the data export data stream from MUSIT?
