Biofokus missing data #94

Hello! Some of our data seems to be missing and we cant find out where the problem is. See catalog number from Biofokus below. This is exported from us, but for some reason not imported to Gbif. Can you help me?

For some reason, the dataset source is mapped to the MUSIT SQL database and not to the BioFokus database (since February?). I am not sure what is the database login credentials to the BioFokus database.

Found a copy of the BioFokus database credentials we used back in June 2019 and updated the IPT configuration. Looks like it is working ...?

PS: Notice that basisOfRecord = HumanObservation and data records are mapped to catalogNumber ?? The values mapped as catalogNumber should be mapped as recordNumber??

That is really strange. I don't remember changing this dataset in a long time, and I don't see how the database connection could have changed. Thanks for fixing!! I see you found the db credentials, but they should also be in the shared LastPass password secure notes I think. If they aren't I should add them in there.

Yes to record number, this dataset isn't a collection.

I have updated the SQL to rename catalogNumber to recordNumber, and also updated the mapping to recordNumber.
