identificationQualifier missing from MUSIT datasets #95

Gunnhild has noticed that there's just a number (e.g. '1') in the identificationQualifier field we're receiving from MUSIT. I'm going to follow up and investigate with Stein.

Note - artsdatabanken are using this field too, so we need to let them know we are changing the field.

This is in progress. We're publishing artsdatabanken's '1' or '0' in https://dwc.tdwg.org/terms/#dwc:identificationVerificationStatus, and adding 'cf.' or 'aff.' in identificationQualifier, and we're also adding verbatimIdentification and identificationRemarks.

A test version of this was done for the vascular plant dataset - it seems like everyone's happy with this, so we'll move this over into the other datasets.
