I came to one error on GBIF which appears easy to be corrected with your involvement. Let me describe the situation in brief.
The W Palaearctic species, Triplax marseuli Bedel, 1868 has got a junior synonym T. discicollis Reitter, 1904. Triplax discicollis Reitter is a junior homonym of Triplax discicollis Lewis, 1887, a species from Japan.
The records on GBIF for Triplax marseuli Occurrence search (gbif.org) contains numerous records of Japanese Triplax discicollis Lewis since in the database they are incorrectly attributed to “Triplax discicollis Reitter” and not to “discicollis Lewis”.
I realize this is only one of numerous errors we have on GBIF thanks to national nodes (in this case, the Japanese node), but it is worth checking the taxonomy records and informing Japanese side about this obvious error
