Here under Aspalathus it spuriously lists two species "incompta" and "incomta"

There are two species names used here in genus as " "incompta" and "incomta"

Source "Published in: Prodr. Pl. Cap.: 127 (1800)"

is here, two volumes, 1874a and 1800. In the latter on p.126 https://www.biodiversitylibrary.org/item/1816#page/50/mode/1up

There about half way down its clearly written as "incomta".

Maybe the author's meaning was "incompta", ie. https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/incomptus#Latin ... but i think that's speculative - i'd say for stability treat it as a noun and invariant. But maybe those who prefer 'incompta' can argue case "as misspelling" with others doing catalogs or revisions, especially if taxa has features that really fit the name. I don't feel catalogs are place for that discussion!

Somehow - i think these files need to merge, arguably under original spelling "incomta"
