The species is Phoenix hybr apparently meaning "Phoenix hybrid", which should probably not be an accepted name. https://www.gbif.org/species/6709545

The species appears in the GRIN Taxonomy which is hosted by GBIF and the contact is a former GBIF employee. https://www.gbif.org/dataset/66dd0960-2d7d-46ee-a491-87b9adcfe7b1

Not sure if this is fixable in an easy way.
