Two accepted names for species

I believe the records found here: https://www.gbif.org/species/2487866, and the records found here: https://www.gbif.org/species/4409010, are of the same species. However both names are accepted and there is no link between them.

This names are related in the xrelease, Poecile montanus (Conrad von Baldenstein, 1827) is the accepted name of Parus montanus Conrad von Baldenstein, 1827. Poecile montanus is currently provided by ITIS in the baseCOL, ans Parus montanus is beiong merged in the xrelease from the United Kingdom Species Inventory (UKSI) dataset.
