Two species that might need to be merged

Coccoloba manzinellensis Beurl. (108 occurrences) and Coccoloba manzanillensis Beurl. (7 occurrences).

The names seem incredibly similar and my supervisor and I think that the second species may actually be a typo. We think that it might have been named this briefly a long time and now goes by Coccoloba manzinellensis Beurl.

I'm going to be emailing an expert botanist about this that we're working with. I just wanted to pre-emptively flag this in case it did need to be merged.

I checked the original publication and the name in the Catalogue of Life from World Plant: https://www.catalogueoflife.org/data/taxon/WKYZ is incorrect.

It should be Coccoloba manzinellensis, see screenshot below: Image

@camiplata @DianRHR should I log an issue for the Catalogue of Life or is keeping it here enough?

@ManonGros in the xRelease we are merging Coccoloba manzinellensis Beurl. from WFO, so we have both names by the moment: Image

I already opened an issue for COL.
