Odd name matching

This record is provided with the name Unknown inconstrans pusilla and is matched to ? inconstans de Saussure, 1863 which is quite different.

The record is a Coleoptera (as shown by the higher taxonomy and image) but is now matched to a Hymenoptera.

Are there any genus called Unknown? could we ignore a scientific name with the word unknown and only match its higher taxon?
