As a formal reference, Evenhuis et al. 2016 "Nomenclatural Studies Toward a World List of Diptera Genus-Group Names. Part V: Pierre-Justin-Marie Macquart" (http://doi.org/10.11646/zootaxa.4172.1.1) lists this genus as
"220. Loxonevra Macquart, 1835b: 446
[1835c: 446]."
The Systema Dipterorum Platystomatidae section is not the best as misspellings etc. are a bit inconsistently handled, but there are worse things in this world :)

Loxoneura melliana Enderlein, 1924 is shown as a synonym of Loxonevra melliana (Enderlein, 1924) here, while Loxoneura seems to be no longer the accepted genus.
