[x] Add missing collections/information to the institution on GRSciColl directly in the registry. If some collections are digitized, put the information in the GRSciColl Notes field.

The master source of the institution as IH was removed to make updates.
Name of the institution was changed to what is provided in the publisher page and information were updated based on the same.
Webpage of the institution could not be found.

The institution is a registered publisher in GBIF and some of their specimens are published in GBIF.
